OFFER FOR PREPARATORY YEAR 2009-2010 Eudoxiu Hurmuzachi Institute for Romanians from Abroad, public institution with legal personality, subordinated to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, offers for the academic year 2009-2010 a total of 300 places for: -young ethnic Romanians from neighboring countries and Balkans -young people from Romania with stable domicile abroad In the Methodology Admission, Eudoxiu Hurmuzachi Institute for Romanians from Abroad can be found at number 14 in Annex 3. According to Methodology of Training the citizens of Romanian ethnic origin from Moldova, Albania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Serbia, Ukraine and Hungary and Romanian citizens with residence abroad which want to study in Romanian State education system (school year or universitary 2009 - 2010), are offered places as follow: with scholarship/with no scholarship and without tuition.
